The meat was so tender!
Expensive foods not too good
Stopped in for a barbecue sandwich over $25 one side , sandwich and a drink who do you think you are charging steak dinner prices for a sandwich ,5-hour old meat in your cabinet dried out
While we were deciding what to eat, the people at the front counter were not friendly at all. We took some time to order and it seemed like they were rushing us. I got a brisket plate with ac and cheese and beans while my girlfriend got some turkey and a side of potato salad. We sat down at a booth and the seats were genuinely uncomfortable. They hurt my back and I’m literally only 22. We then dug into our food. The brisket was alright. Not much juice to it though. The mac and cheese was just ‘mac’ as it was not flavorful at all. And the beans were alright. My girlfriend got about halfway into her potato salad before she noticed not one, but TWO hairs in her potato salad. This was the last straw. At this point, the whole experience was horrible and the food was subpar so we decide it wasn’t worth it to bring it up with the staff and left. Very disappointing experience/service/food quality for a BBQ joint off Texas’ main road, I-10.
Best barbecue I had in a very long time.
With all due respect! First time experience can be advertisement.Everyone had a sullen look, not friendly at all, sorry.Brisket was only two slices with 1/3 fat dry n tough.Sausage was dry.Maccarroni was very dry.Evan the bread was hard. Some cooper bbq sauce was watery with no other brand of just plain bbq sauce.yes and $64.00 later.I can only give a 3 for years, effort n choice.I would definatly
.
Best briskets I’ve ever had, definitely swing by here when you have a chance.
I’ll be visiting more often when I’m driving by

The meat was dry and wasn't the best but the people were very nice. Awesome service and atmosphere.

Passing through and just disappointed on the dry pork chop that was under a heating lamp. The Mac and cheese was just a little warm. Coleslaw tasted different or just sour. The Coopers in Llano lets you pick out your meat from the grill. This place was like a deli line. So disappointed ☹️

great food and friendly staff easy to read menu. awesome seating outside by the smokers under a big oak tree. The meats are smoked to perfection with two sauces to choose from and peach cobbler is good as well.

Cooper’s has always has always been a favorite of mine- Llano and Mason- but the Junction location lacks the quality. I got the two meat plate with brisket and sausage. I noticed that they have their meat under heat lamps behind the counter. My brisket was dry and tough and the sausage was crispy due to the heat lamps. Potato salad was good. They are way overpriced for what I had. I’ll stop at the other BBQ place down the street next time.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch, and this is the worst BBQ we’ve ever had. We both had the brisket and sausage plate and drinks , and it was $53!!! I thought it was a mistake. The brisket was dry and full of fat with no smoke flavor. The sausage was gross, not even cooked. The fountain drink station was disgustingly dirty, and the soda was flat. The staff barely had a pulse. I will never be back. So disappointing.

This was a great lunch choice. Full of locals. The seating by the oak in the back is pup friendly. The brisket was great!
