Lordy! Texas Pit BBQ! We were welcomed by friendly and “Texan polite” young men along with the proud Pitmaster. Brisket choices are moist/ melt in your mouth meat with buttery fat or lean/ on the drier side. The ribs? slip off the bone delicious. Meats have a natural wood-smoked infusion. great food and friendly staff easy to read menu. awesome seating outside by the smokers under a big oak tree. The meats are smoked to perfection with two sauces to choose from and peach cobbler is good as well.
Ribs: 10 out of 10 brisket: 7 out of 10 (only because it was a little to fatty for my taste) peach cobbler: 10 out of 10 beans an potato salad good also. I love the fact they give onion and pickles in my opinion that is high quality bbq love Texas seriously though the ribs whoever grilled today 10/27/24 12:30pm A-1 an I travel a lot try different bbq places these ribs perfect ?
