great food and friendly staff easy to read menu. awesome seating outside by the smokers under a big oak tree. The meats are smoked to perfection with two sauces to choose from and peach cobbler is good as well.
Ribs: 10 out of 10 brisket: 7 out of 10 (only because it was a little to fatty for my taste) peach cobbler: 10 out of 10 beans an potato salad good also. I love the fact they give onion and pickles in my opinion that is high quality bbq love Texas seriously though the ribs whoever grilled today 10/27/24 12:30pm A-1 an I travel a lot try different bbq places these ribs perfect ?
Recently took a trip through Junction and stopped off at Coopers BBQ to eat. The BBQ was delicious. The ribs and the brisket were moist and very tender. There were several other meats to choose from as well. The Mac and cheese tased delicious and the green beans were made with bacon, so good! I also had peach cobbler with ice cream, absolutely delicious. I will definitely be stopping there again when going through Junction.
