This place is so Bomb!!!! I travel a LOT from C. Texas to Big Bend. Junction is perfectly in the middle. and Lum's is the perfect place for fresh, healthy BBQ in the middle of a food deserts. Long Live Lum's
We are very glad we missed the turn to eat in Mason this evening.
We ended up stopping in at Lums for some absolutely delicious BBQ!
The meats were smoked perfectly ? we were impressed at how moist they were even an hr before closing.
It being our first time in (why, I'm not sure, we make this drive at least monthly) the people working there explained their menu and got us hooked up.

It was good but wasn’t mind blowing food. I didn’t hate it. The creamed corn was my favorite thing. Chopped brisket and sausage was *decent*. I was surprised at how much grease there was though. I preferred salt lick in round rock to this. I didn’t understand what the fuss was about here. The service and atmosphere was great though. Couldn’t fault the staff. Super friendly. Clean premises, cute merchandise.
