Pull into the drive-through to order ice cream for the kids on a road trip, and they said they don't have ice cream. I can't back up because someone's there. I can't pull forward because someone's been at the window for five minutes now and I'm here held hostage in a drive-through... So ya, one star across-the-board. There was nothing redeeming about this interaction.

The front woman was nice but the food took 30 mins to come out. Drive thru was closed and order kiosks were closed. When we asked about our food they just told us it was back there and was coming but pretty sure they forgot about it since numbers after us were getting their orders already.

This place is very busy. Therefore, they can afford to hire enough staff to empty the trash and someone to spray wash the parking lot. This place is filthy inside and outside side. The parking lot is always filthy

If you check the hours it says they open at 5am so I place an order thru the app pay for my breakfast when I get there their closed and I can cancel my order, lights on inside I hear noises so I call out and nothing, I have to leave I’m a truck driver so I lose out on breakfast and I lose out on $10 smh
They close early !!! It’s 11pm and the hours say close at midnight. They’re weak.

Bathrooms were disgusting, neither the Mc D’s or gas station take accountability. For it and the attitude is it’s not the others problem. There was a diaper with poop on one of the floors with flies on it, there was another with poop on the toilet seat, out of 6/7 stalls only 3 were decent enough to use.
