Order ahead is never available, drive-thru is always closed, it's brand new store! Not even 6 months old?!? We come through here at least once a month and always end up going to kerrville to get our order. Its a hassle to go through Junction too hoping a more timely option is available, but I've yet to see it.

The reviews are spot on.

This isnt a great starbucks to suppprt.

We ended up going to the Honey Bee coffee trailer in junction. The coffee and service was great. You can see they appreciate their customers

This Starbucks is fine. The type people that order here seem to be the problem. The staff are great and courteous even with my order 15 before closing.
The 2.5 is a poor reflection of their effort.

Not the Starbucks your use to!! staff has no knowledge of drinks this is just a cash grab using the Starbucks name cause it’s in the middle of nowhere the quality sucks your better off going to get coffee from the pilot truck stop across the freeway don’t say you haven’t been warned

I came to order three vent mocha frappuccinos I ended up with three grandes I've already waited 30 minutes for that first order that they clearly made a mistake now I have to wait 10 business days for that to go back to my bank now going almost an hour waiting for the mix up at the already made I'm a truck driver and very very disappointed in this

Stopped in with my husband whos a truck driver and short on time. Ordered my 2 drinks, banana nut break, and gouda bacon egg croissant on the app ahead of time about 15 minutes. Pulled in, went inside and it still wasn't done. Waited almost 17 minutes and my 2 sides barely came out. Waited another 21 minutes for 1 drink which was the venti iced caramel macchiato. Waited another 12 minutes for my venti mocha cookie crumble but that was due to another customer being ridiculous over something HE failed to underatand and was being rude to the employees. I get they were busy but when you have more than enough employees, minus one older while lady with a buzz cut who was doing nothing but standing around staring at everyone else work, there shouldn't be an issue with any of us customers waiting for longer than expected at any starbucks. Will not be stopping at this starbucks again. Took way too long, the croissant was chewy, and they also forgot the mocha drizzle for the mocha cookie crumble and I believe the Asian lady made it. Worst starbucks ever. I expect better than this.

No brewed coffee available when I stopped there. Cashier offered Americano instead, which is fine, but got my drink's size and label incorrect. Also the American smells off and tastes bad. Don't stop here if you want good coffee.

Stop if you have a extra hour to spare. I ordered my drink, mid order she asked me to hold on. Seriously the worst Starbucks ever. I should have listened to the reviews. Watched three people reverse behind me so did the same after being told someone will be with me shortly twice. Whole experience was 30 minutes and didn’t even get a drink!
