BOBBY was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked up to the counter. She listened carefully to our order, made our sandwiches exactly the way we wanted, and checked in with us to be sure everything looked right before wrapping them up.
Even though it was a busy travel day, Bobby stayed cheerful, efficient, and kind, and it honestly made our stop here a bright spot. The line moved quickly, the prep area looked clean, and our sandwiches were fresh and well put together. In a world where good service is getting rare, Bobby truly stood out. Johnathan was the gentleman running the Subway counter. He was courteous, friendly and delivered service with respect and a great attitude.
He made my sandwich as I liked it and didn’t seemed bothered with any of my requests in the process.
I travel all over the country and his service is one of very few I come across in various travel centers. He should be recognized for great customer service.
My sub tasted great and thank you.

When we go get subway everyone is so nice to us but when ever Valarie g is there she is always making faces at us rolling her eyes, answering with an attitude My mom asked for a manager in Spanish because she doesn’t speak good English and no one went to go get her/him, Valarie g said “what? You were just talking to me in English” Another lady so nice took my moms order but Valarie kept going on and on

Delicious, after a long day of driving (14 hours), I needed some food after 9pm. There's not a whole lot in Junction, TX open after 9, but Subway was one of the options.
Ordered the meal of the day, which is different everyday, on Saturday it was The B.M.T. - I don't remember what it stands for but it had three different meats and was delicious. I made it a footlong, with medium drink and two cookies for around $11.15~ which isn't terrible for these days. I tried a garlic sauce on recommendation from one of the employees and it was delicious.
Great food, if busy, you'll have to wait a little bit. The atmosphere is inside a Pilot truck stop, it was very clean.

Brooklyn and Valerie were all fantastic! This location offers so many different options not just subway but pizza, meat loaf beef Stu Mac and cheese chicken stripes and so much more. Pizza was similar to Costco super yummy

I ordered a black forest ham sandwich. An they charge as a different sandwich. I told to the employee isn't the sandwich I ordered. But he don't care. Because he was talking to somebody else.
This Subway refused to take deals that are in the Subway app.
They are overpriced and are not worth ordering from.
Better to pick up from somewhere else.

This is not reflective of this subway, but all subways within truck stops. Their prices are always jacked up, and there is no way to order through the app. Mcdonaldsand Wendy's increases their prices at truck stops too, but at least they allow you to order online and take advantage of their online promos to mitigate the price increase. I know because they are not technically a part of the ecosystem they can do what they want, but at least use another name. Subway express comes to mind, like all the other fast food joints inside truck stops that don't follow the rules. Examples include; burger King, taco bell, pizza hut, kfc, Arby's.
