“Stopped at the Subway inside the Pilot in Junction, TX today and had one of the best customer service experiences on our entire trip. BOBBY was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked up to the counter. She listened carefully to our order, made our sandwiches exactly the way we wanted, and checked in with us to be sure everything looked right before wrapping them up.

Johnathan was the gentleman running the Subway counter. He was courteous, friendly and delivered service with respect and a great attitude.
He made my sandwich as I liked it and didn’t seemed bothered with any of my requests in the process.
I travel all over the country and his service is one of very few I come across in various travel centers. He should be recognized for great customer...
