Plate was 21 dollars and soda 6 meat was hard and real hard to chew, chips were store bought, guacamole did not taste that good either and the girl beautiful but you could tell she did not want to be there. I ate by myself

This is a wonderful hole in the wall Tex-Mex restaurant with great value and superb cooking. I come down from San Angelo to meet family that comes from Kerrville and 9 times out of 10 we choose Tia Nena's.

The biggest issue here is sanitation. We received spoon that was dirty. Not Karen dirty but visibly dirty. The paintings on the wall had what looked like mold spots, matching the wall above it. The restrooms were really bad. Old grime toilets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. But, we didn’t die or even get sick. Just be weary of the cleanliness. Service was rude and short. Didn’t have much interaction but appeared waitress was mad about something else. We paid said thank you and likely won’t go back. Decide for yourself just look at the walls and paintings when you get in… you tell me if you trust me review. Lol

Exactly what I wanted. We're on a road trip and this place was the campy and homey place we needed. Lovely people running the place and the perfect cheese enchiladas.
