I've been here twice and both times it was disappointing. The chicken was like rubber, nothing fresh or even cooked within a reasonable time frame. I understand speed of service but not to a point that you serve old food to paying customers.

This is by far the best chicken express we have been too. Mrs Tammy goes above and beyond customer service. The crew is amazing and friendly and strive for excellence. We have enjoyed the experience with this place and will truly miss this crew. Keep striving for excellence. It is always clean food is fresh and hot and staff will make you feel like family. The number one spicy is the best.

Incompetence at this location! The person (Richard) working the drive through gave our order away to two other customers TWICE! After waiting 45 minutes for chicken tenders, left without any food at all. Yes 45 minutes!!!!! After asking for a refund, the employee(s) couldn't figure out how to issue a refund to our card, resulting in payment back in cash. Not only are we very unhappy customers, but there are more than likely two other unhappy customers who received orders that weren't theirs! Super disappointed of the incompetence at this location. There needs to be better training of service and operating the register. Thank you for ruining our night resulting in lost appetites.

This was the worst I have ever eaten at!!!! Everything was over cooked. The mash potatoes looked like they were under a heat lamp for days. There was a yellowish brown ring around the rim of the container. I almost broke a tooth on the okra. Their speakers at the drive through didn't work very good. I was going to ask the server at the window sometime but she just took my money and walked off. Nobody would answer the phone when I called.

We just had a wonderful experience at this Chicken Express location. The food was fresh and hot, the food was ready before we had a chance to sit down after getting our drinks, and Kim was the best! She was so sweet and helpful.
