They are stingy with ketchup and serendipity seasoning. You ask for ketchup and they give you two. Well I have chicken fingers and french fries so how are two packets of ketchup really helping me out. I thought maybe it was just that one time but I went back a few weeks later and did the same thing. So needless to say I would frequent more often but it's not fun having to ask multiple times for condiments.
i loved it here. i’m not usually one to leave a review, but these people amaze me. i had such a big order and they were so amazing. all of it was correct. and they were so patient!! they never let me down, thank you chicken express for being so awesome!
This has gotta be one of the best Chicken Express I’ve been to. All Chicken Express are not made equal, but this one is done well! Everytime I go here, it’s good and hot, and I always have something extra. Y’all make my night sometimes.
