Ordered through the Dominos app like I always do. After our order was in quality check for 40 mins we called and were told that we aren’t in the delivery range (5.7 miles away) even though they had been delivering to us for 5 months. We were told they never started our order and will get a refund in a few days. Two hours later we get a voicemail saying that we ordered at 5:21 and it was now 8:00 pm and they were assuming we didn’t get our order so they will cancel it and refund our money. The Argyle Dominos had kind compassionate workers who got us out order in record time.

Absolutely terrible place these days, has really gone down hill. Rude staff, staff who have frankly unsanitary looking hair and no hair nets or anything. Absurd wait times not reported on the website and then the staff treats you like you're stupid or lying or when you tell them it gave an ETA of 20 - 25 minutes when in reality it's going to be over an HOUR.
Just a garbage location, highly recommend you avoid it now. Was a repeat customer to this location for a few years, usually 3 - 4 orders a month. Today was the last straw, I will not be returning and I encourage everyone else to not give your business to a location that hires employees who won't even treat you with basic courtesy.

Ordered pizza today and spent $60, $10 which was a drivers tip. The driver, Jaime, delivered my pizza to the wrong house. I know this because our neighbor brought it down to us. When I had called the store to inquire about our pizza prior to our NEIGHBOR delivering it to us, I was told it had been delivered to the correct address. I can hear Jaime in the background saying she delivered it correctly, implying I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about. Mind you, I didn’t ask for a credit, a refund or anything. I’m not trying to get something for nothing. I simply wanted the lunch we ordered. To make the customer feel like they’re stupid or imply I’m lying for some reason is not right. Shame on you. Her excuse that she knows she delivered it to the correct house is because she heard my dogs barking. Yes, I have barking dogs but clearly so does the house you incorrectly delivered it to. Admit your mistake, we all make them but don’t pass it off as my issue.

I hate to give a local business a bad review & I hope these guys figure it out but this just happens too often. I actually stopped ordering from here over 6 months ago because they would repeatedly call me & ask to switch to pick up from delivery. I obliged the first 2 times, everyone has bad stretches, but it happened 2 more times. Fast forward to today. Ordered at 11:13am. Pizza didn’t leave facility 12:25pm. Arrived at 12:43pm…. Cold. I hope you improve soon, I really do but this is a very consistent problem lasting over several months.

I've been coming to this location regularly as of late and each time, they've got my order right! Keep up the good work!
We order pizza regularly (every Friday night) and consistently we get calls that they are slammed so the delivery time has been extended to over an hour. Fast forward to tonight 8/9, we order pizza via the app at 6:35pm (2 mediums + bread bites. Per the app, the expected delivery time was 35 minutes - wonderful, right?! Not so much! An hour goes by and no call then an hour and a half and no call. We decided to call and were told at 8:05pm that the pizza was on its way out the door. We live 10 minutes from the store so yes we could go pick it up but we shouldn’t have too. The pizza was not delivered until 8:23pm when the driver proceeded to put the boxes at the doorstep then ran the doorbell and walked off. The pizza was cold! This is the absolute last time we will be ordering from this location.

Disappointing Experience with Meat on Veggie Pizza I ordered a veggie pizza on 07/30/2024 (order #67) and was very disappointed to find a piece of meat beneath the jalapeño. As a vegetarian, this was particularly upsetting. I expected better attention to detail and adherence to dietary preferences. While mistakes happen, this oversight is unacceptable for a pizzeria that should cater to all dietary needs. I hope the management takes steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

The fact that my husband was treated like he was lying kinda did it for me. I get it,people lie all the time about this stuff. He offered to send pictures. The replacement pizza gets sent, cool. Until it arrived and they just threw it together, didn't cut it at all, it had the chicken and for that I'm grateful. I'm just at a loss, we didn't mess it up, and we paid for it. Do better, yall.
