Just did carry out by placing a mobile order after work got there and had to wait an additional 7 minutes when I got home the pizza looked good but when I bit into a slice I immediately spit it out the cheese had a weird texture and tasted bad chatted with customer service on the site they take your money but it takes 3 or more days for them to contact you the pizza is in my car I will be going back to Justin to give them it now my stomach is hurting and popping like I ate popcorn hope I don't get sick with food poisoning

This Pizza Hut is exceptionally run. I eat here once a week. I have never had a messed up order or bad food. Every employee seems to pay attention to detail. The cooks are great just the right amount of sauce & cheese. Not skimpy or trying to cut corners. The food is hot, made correctly and taste like my childhood memories. Im so happy to eat here each week. I look forward to it.

It's been awhile since I saw someone who genuinely looked happy to serve customers. The young lady working the register did an amazing job making every customer feel welcome. And the lunch buffet is pretty good too.

Well, you have a store in a town with THOUSANDS of new homes going up around you and every time I’ve tried to place an order online, through my app or through y’all’s “Call Center” I’m told “sorry we don’t deliver there”. YES, yes you do deliver here. We order ALL the time. So now I’m forced to call the store, can’t use my points, no deals and have to pay $32 for ONE pizza. Come on, it’s 2025. Get with the program. The employees at this location are on repeat “I’m sorry we can’t do anything about it”. I’m going to bet the franchise owner absolutely CAN because with the THOUSANDS of new homes going up, you’re losing money!

The location I believe bi was on Teasley in Denton I’m sure if so it was only one staff there working alone but that man can cook a pizza 🍕
Food is okay, it's Pizza Hut...bizarre infighting and weird kitchen to wait-staff politics involved at this location. Weird to deal with when trying to relax out. Experienced cruelty and name calling to a waitress on more than one occasion, to the point she left crying while a manager allowed kitchen staff to continue in front of customers.
Vegetarian options: You know what you can or will not eat...enough said.

It was sure nice to see a Pizza Hut that still had a buffet and sold beer. They even sold subs.We came at the end of the buffet and they still had plenty of pizza choices
