Why does your location rarely work right with the app?. Normally i move to a different restaurant when the app doesnt work. Today was my kids birthday and she wanted a drink and a burrito. Ended up having to get her a donut because the time saving app was once again not working and we didn't have time to physically order and wait there for it to be made.

If someone buys something please give them the condiments for their order. This has happened to me 3 times now and it’s a little ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to check my bag before I leave like I’m buying things from children. I will not be back.

The only thing about their food I find nasty is that they need to change out the oil in the frier more often then they do. If they did this at sonic the fried items would not taste like yesterdays leftovers. Their popcorn chicken is overdone to the point of burnt at times. Fhis is what I have noticed. The service is excellent and they have never gotten our order messed up it has always been spot on.

Service was great but food was mediocre. Iced coffee was terrible! Tasted like watered down vanilla flavored socks. You would think after all the negative reviews over the years that the food would get better but nope.

Every time lve eaten here at the Justin, TX location the service has been excellent. They have gotten the orders correct and the food was actually quite good. I can't say this about all Sonics but this one runs smoothly and cares about the customers.
Kids get ice cream here a lot. It’s always good, fast and the people working there are always nice. We’ll keep coming back here! Keep it up sonic!
