Excellent service. Friendly staff. I tried a sandwich I never had before. Very helpful in recommending what to put on it. Took their job seriously.

We ordered online at 9:00pm on 04/25/2025. In online it says order processing and when we went inside to pickup the order he said he don’t have sauces, he cannot process our order and asking us to cancel the order online. But unfortunately we cannot do it. We asked him to just fulfill the order with what ever the sauces the has then he took a ripped off of bread and started acting rude by throwing all the items on the bread.
Putting too much oil and sauces and he mentioned he is out of sauces and started acting strange. And keeping all the fallen food from the table and packed and did not fulfilled the order as expected pushing the food towards us and he did not even packing in a bag. Very disappointed. So much rude and disrespectful behaviour. Never ever I will visit this store again and also I will let my friends and neighbors know the situation, will let them know that how the guy has treated us and no

Amanda is an amazing human, great service despite what this place has seemed to have treated their employees like…. Clean store and I can tell she has done a lot! However, doesn’t seem like upper management outside of her is doing their job.

Long wait. A lot of times only one employee and they just can't keep up. Staff is friendly despite being rushed.

I had an online order and everything was wrong i ordered two sandwiches with different things on it and they put everything i didnt want on it i wont be returning hope they get it together
We did a big takeout order for our youth group. Ordered the day before, and they had everything ready right on time. Tony, the manager on duty, was awesome and helped load everything up. Very happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be doing this again.

Advertised meal for 6.99 on front window. Once sandwiches were made they told me the sale was no longer going on and wanted to charge me full price.
They need to stop advertising sales if they are not going to honor the deal.

2 kids with NO MANAGEMENT IN SIGHT. I placed a mobile order at 6:30PM. I walk up at 6:35 and I got told that he was making my sandwich. I sit and wait while other people behind me got their sandwiches before mine. I get told to wait again after waiting for 45 minutes. Finally after what felt like an hour, I get my sandwich.
Their reasoning was they had a massive mobile order, so they stopped my order to make the big order and the people who walked in behind me.
Children should not be running this store.

This is ridiculous I have made an online order 14 mine prior to showing up as the app tells me my food is ready. It hasn't even been looked at yet. So it's been 20 mins now and counting and my order still hasn't been started. I would just like my money back at this point but I did it online so not sure that's gonna work out . Won't make this mistake twice. Had to edit review due to the fact it took 1 soild hrs to get an online order.

I called from out of state for a catering delivery, and Dominic was a huge help. He called me back after speaking with his boss about delivering to the needed address that he wasn't familiar with. I had told him I'd call him back, but he was nice enough to call me right after getting the answer.
Everything was delivered right on time and I'm very happy with the service. Dominic was terrific.
Now for the negative...The boss told him that I'd have to order on line and use EZ Cater for delivery. No problem there, and the communications were very good. My issue is that the cost for delivery was $30, and you have to order at least $150 to get delivery at all. Both of those are exorbitant, but I was in a bind and had to do it.

Beware! The two male employees working were rude. No customer service skills AT ALL. The hairy guy was a super douche bag. He continuously threw our food around, pouted about having to work , then walks off without giving us our drinks. Go elsewhere !!
