Great little place with delicious food. Service was friendly. Sawsage and beef plate was perfect. German potato salad was good and the coleslaw was perfect, and coconut pie....the coconut pie was amazing!! Might have to go 2 days in a row.
During our travels through town, we have always wanted to try. We did and it was okay. The brisket sandwich had only 4 little slices. The chopped beef had a small scoop. For 3 sandwiches it was almost 20 bucks. I understand meats are expensive, yet this food tasted as it was oven made. The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was old town feeling, with great A/C.

The Chicken fried Steak was outta this world good ! The gravy was perfectly spiced and tasty too. My portion was generous but I sure could of had another one because it was that good! The French fries were fluffy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. They serve you plenty.This place is a nice family restaurant but the singles do mingle .I can't wait to go home to Beeville because next time I land in S.A from Chicago ---my rental car is going straight to this...
