The person who took our order and brought it out to us obviously did not want to be there and made sure everyone knew. Her name was Mayleigha and every item we ordered was put in wrong as we said it or the complete wrong item was rung up. I triple checked that she had put the second corndog on the order because I did not see it and she said it was and even said there were two corndogs when she repeated the order. When the food came out there was only one on the ticket. We were trying to order a triple smash burger also and she rung up the wrong burger three times before I personally told her instead of my husband. We asked specifically for the smaller hotdog. Word for word my husband said “the small coney not the footlong” and she still rang in the footling. I don’t know if she just genuinely wasn’t listening at all or if she is new. But either way she either needs to be trained better or actually care about doing her job. All around I was more than disappointed with this experience. I’ve been to this sonic plenty and there have been some things wrong before and I usually don’t care but tonight was genuinely so bad I had to say something.

I just wanted a couple burgers for me and my boy after school so we went to our hometown sonic. I got one of my burgers for free today!! Apparently they have this buy one get one free cheesburger deal every Tuesday and Thursday. I was about to pay full price but their carhop, Tucker had my back and fixed my ticket. Also, he was so sweet taking my order, fast and to the point. This guy deserves a raise. I'll definitely be coming back
