Unfortunately this is the closest Subway to me. And they can never make my order correct, even if I am in-store. And heaven forbid I place an online order. The manager told me to call them when I place my order so the will make it correctly, but they never answer the phone. I suggest they train their employees to read the instructions on the order when making the sandwichs.

Tuna sandwich had plenty of vegs after paying 1.50 for twice the meat. The meat was not doubles. When I crave Subway they usually do a great job

Store is dirty, ordered a tuna sub in person as I couldn't order online as tuna was out, so I called store and they had tuna so I went in person. The door handles are dirty, place needs cleaning. I wanted Lettuce but it was yellow and disgusting. I'm filing a report with health dept. I threw sandwich away

I will start by saying this Subway is close to my house and I have not had a problem there until today and it was remedied right way.

I was pleasantly surprised with the owner of this Subway Restaurant and his willingness to refund my money when I had a resent mishap at his Restaurant.

I grabbed the wrong order (it was an online order and the only one on the shelf when I picked it up, I admitted fault to him that I should have noticed name on it, but was in a hurry to get back to work on my lunch and didn't).

When I sent a complaint on the website asking for a refund, he emailed me back personally and I had my refund within hours!

This is what service should look like and I was very pleased and impressed.

When I have gotten food from this establishment before, it has always been great and they have friendly employees and prompt service!

There is this annoying little radio that has a sign on it. It states “do not touch”. It is nothing but static and I will not eat here with it on.

Don’t bother stopping if anywhere close to closing. On both google maps and on the front door of this subway the hours were clearly posted as closing at 9:30. However, when I tried the door at 9:15, it was locked. Furthermore, the two employees inside were serving another person and ignored me until I knocked on the door, to which they repeatedly mouthed “we’re closed,” despite the hours own their own door saying otherwise. These two women clearly wanted to close early instead of doing their job.
