Church's Texas Chicken

i always keep giving this place chances and they always do me wrong they always never have anything and they’re so rude about it like its my fault this the only place with chicken and they always do me wrong i even order online so i dont have to deal with the rudeness and as soon as i pick it up they straight up tell me yeah we don’t have half of ur order we’re out like what? and then i asked for a refund and they said yeah we cant do that like wtf im done burger king is my next stop

Chicken needs to be fresher and season more, especially if we have to wait 15 mins to order and wait longer for order to come out!

This Church's is bad. Food wasn't cooked thoroughly, brown gravy had something red in it, tea had all the grounds in it as you can see in picture and mashed potatoes was runny. Didn't even get the other mashed potatoes for one of the orders as well. Damn biscuits were hard. I don't understand why they took forever if the order wasn't right nor cooked all the way. Total disappointment at the Kenedy location!!!!!

Went through drive thru around 5:45 pm order was incorrect didn’t get my money back. The young ladies seemed as if they didn’t know how to process a return. The young lady failed to close the mash potatoes correctly spilled all over my jeans and vehicle. Very horrible experience and on top of that the food was all cold! Paid for cold food and order was not corrected!

My wife and I stopped to eat at this Place and the chicken was good but the place was not clean windows close to where we are were dirty would not stop there again forgot I got unsweet tea and they didn't have sugar in packet s they poured sugar in a small cup the fountain drinks were also out of order

Horrible missing items. No biscuits. Substitutes only the cashier picking her teeth while taking my order. All other employees including her, had the stank face. They were more worried about a coin tray, then cleanliness of the checkout area. Rude in the way did not even know.

Wish I could give zero stars because that’s what they are worth. Chick is always old . When they ran out of a side order that comes with the meal they offered me more bread lol. Would even give me fries “. Cheap ! Only worried about food cost and not customers .

Went through the drive through, service was fast at the window. The young girl with the nose ring, asked me to pull around and they would bring the chicken when she brought the order out I asked her if the chicken tenders came with dipping sauce are gravy. She responded with there should be gravy in there. Wasn’t her job to check the order before she brought it to me? When I got home with the order, the tenders was missing the mashed potatoes. The tenders were hard and very little meat to it. No straws for drinks no napkins no plastic spoon for my mashed potatoes that came with my 2 pc.

Worse Church's I've ever been to! Had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. No other people in front of us. The girl waiting on 7s had zero knowledge of how to run register, so she refused to let us order okra or anything else. Even though I told her I knew I could for an uncharged. She said I was only allowed to have fries, mashed potatoes or Cole slaw. She charged extra for gravy when we ordered tenders. She said that they didn't come with sauces or gravy and you need to pay for them. Once we finally got the food, 2 meals were missing the mashed potatoes. Had to go back up there and ask for them. Terrible experience. Food was old. Never will return!

I can tell you from a personal experience.Every one of the persons that works in this store is retarded or on drugs.Cause they cannot understand a chicken sandwich has to have chicken in it! Some of the most incompetent people I have met in a restaurant work right here
