I eat here all the time and enjoy the food. What I do dislike is it seems that when the main manager is not working the evening shift, they NEVER have spicy tenders. And it’s always the same excuse ….. they’re still frozen.
I stopped by (drive-through) on a rainy afternoon while passing through town. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal. I was asked to pull up front and wait. After about 10 minutes, a lady brought my food out and apologized. She said the cook was new. I didn't mind the wait because honestly, it was the best chicken I've had at a Church's in a long time. Thank you, Mr. Cook 🙌
First time here. Greeted by a nice young lady. She had control of the front counter. Store is small. But that's not a problem, the lady at the counter is paying attention and expedites the orders quickly. I was able to watch my order from beginning to end. Not only was the front counter on her game ...the rest of the staff were also. In and out in a timely manner and I was on my way to enjoy my lunch. And my order was great! Store was clean and parking was no issue
