Slowest service of any dairy queen I've visited over past 40 years. They just don't seem to care, the ketchup was out in the dining room and it wasn't very busy so no excuses for the failures. I ordered a steak finger basket which took almost 30 minutes, she ordered a fish sandwich combo and got a burger basket after 15 minutes of waiting and a different customer got the fish sandwich. Good thing we were on vacation cause if you're limited on lunch break for time, try elsewhere cause other reviews day same and i don't mind waiting for fresh food, but not time for whatever was going on at this restaurant.

Took about 10 minutes for person to take my order in the drive thru, burger was soaked in mustard, don’t even bother stopping by to this DQ! as per previous reviews you can tell the (owner) replying to reviews doesn’t care about making the customer service better it has not change for any better.

Horrible service as always long wait for our order fries were cool ice cream cone drpping and restroom filty and there telling customers its a long wait cause they are short staff one cook only smh then close the restaurant geez smh

Food took forever, soda machine top was left off, ice all over the straws. They were out of several items, bathroom was not clean. Fries were old/soft. Cheese missing on cheeseburger. The employees were nice and helped when ask but really the worst dq experience I've had in years.

Bar far one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Not everyone knows how to warm those buns like this location. I highly recommend it. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a great burger and Jalitos. I usually take pictures of my food before I eat it but I wasn’t expecting for it to be so good. I sent this picture to my wife apologizing for not enjoying it with her. I didn’t leave a crumb because it was so good! Thank you DQ & Elaine R. 👌
