Just left this location and the service was great. The employees were so nice and welcoming. Food was great. Definitely will be going back again. We have a Taco Bell in the town I live but we drive 30 mins to come to the Kenedy location! Worth the drive.

The employee at this Taco Bell was incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service. I have never encountered a situation at any other Taco Bell where I was told that I couldn't remove vegetables from a taco. They insisted that all items are premade, which prevented them from altering my order. When my husband inquired about this, one of the staff members became visibly angry, necessitating the manager's intervention. Unfortunately, I still did not receive the correct order, and feeling frustrated, we chose to leave. This experience has been the worst customer service I have ever faced at any Taco Bell.

1045 and doors are still not open called to se if they were open and was told that shes busy and hasn’t unlocked the doors yet but have been open for almost an hour

I had a door dash order and it arrived 30 minutes later missing a taco and a drink! Everything was cold and just poorly put together! Work be back to this Taco Bell!
