We were traveling through and stopped in to this Taco Bell on our route. I was pleasantly surprised at how new and clean it was. The staff was very friendly and I noticed they quickly went to clean tables as customers left. I wish all Taco Bell stores were like this one!
I ordered thru the app to pick up at drive thru at 9:00 pm. There were only 2 cars in front of me and they each took 5-10 minutes to get their order. When I got to the window, the lady told me "$22". I replied, "I paid on the app ma'am." She went to ask about my order and said, "he's making it." When I got my order, they never gave me the salsa I ordered and the crunchwrap supreme's were very poorly made.
I just can't get away from the fact that this used to be one of my favorite restaurants for a quick inexpensive meal. I don't appreciate anything off the menu anymore and I will keep driving next time I see a Taco Bell. The personnel and staff were great The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean everything about this location was immaculate other than just the quality that fast food chains provide.
