The hamburger meat was three times as thick as it used to be. It tasted better than ever. We had quit going to the old BB because the meat was only as thick as a sheet of paper.
The only thing lacking was free refills on drinks. Our food came out exactly as we ordered it. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. We’re going back.

Burger Box is an OG establishment. They are re-opened! They have a huge list of ice cream to make a shake, the burger was fresh and flavorful! I went about 30 min before close and the food was still pipping hot.

I waited over a year for Burger box to open back up. And I love supporting small businesses as it is a big part of kennedale. however, the food that I got today was just unacceptable. The french fries were so hard at the end that it actually hurt my tooth. when I fit. The burger was cooked okay. however, the bun was much too crispy. almost like hard semi burnt toast. And a sweet tea has hardly any sweet flavor at all compared to most. please improve these things as I truly believe Burger box is capable of.

Not looking good… Went to get some burgers for the family and they were really nice when taking my order and money but they were super slow at getting my order out. But while I sat there and waited I was watching inside when I seen the guy making burgers. For one, he wasn’t wearing gloves when he was topping the burgers, so hopefully he washes his hands often. But the main thing that threw me for a loop is I seen him take something out of a pan, which looked like seaweed at first, I then realized it was my bacon. He then took the bacon in rubbed it around in a circle in his hands (no gloves) and then put it on my burger. I wasn’t sure how to feel. I just took the food and when I got home I threw the bacon away, I should have taken a picture of the way it looked. We ate the burgers anyways, and they were good not great, but still just in awe of what I had seen. The onion rings were good but still had that slightly burnt/old oil taste they use to have. I hope the owner reads some of these reviews that I have now seen and does something! We want it to be good so we can eat here often but will probably pass until they can address the problems. Disappointed ☹️

I was so excited to try Burger Box for the first time. I waited for them to reopen and finally went tonight, but I cannot believe my experience. When I got home and my family started eating, our burgers were completely undercooked, not fresh, and the meat was pink inside. I have pictures to prove it.
My four year old threw up after eating a few bites of her burger, and now I have a stomach ache and a bad taste in my mouth from the raw meat. I am so hurt and upset that my family had to go through this.
After reading other reviews, I am shocked at how many people are reporting uncooked food. Please beware eating here. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I just need my refund because this was terrible and could have been even worse.

My husband and I ordered a bacon burger with onion rings and a chicken strip basket with fries. His burger had basically raw bacon and his patty was pink and raw on the inside, flavorless. My chicken strips were overcooked, hard to bite, but good as well as the gravy. They had given me ranch but the ranch was hot. The fries were squishy and freezer burnt, the onion rings were soggy and tasted like old grease. After eating I had a horrendous stomach ache, so I don't think y'all will be getting my business again.

Order was messed up, several items on my burger were wrong and I didn’t realize until we got home. Due to having a tomato allergy I could not just pull the tomato off and eat so we had to return the food.
They corrected the burger after going back and forth with us about it being incorrect. Even though the ticket clearly showed the food was made wrong. The drinks taste weird and they didn’t even bother to remake the fries which are now cold after the whole ordeal. I was excited to see you guys were back, now I’m just disappointed.
Me & my granddaughter love it here, she loves the shrimp baskets combo. Miss this place, I hope they rebuild & open soon.

All the drinks in the soda machine taste horrible, they even tried them and tasted how bad it was… on top of that my husband burger had a huge back hair in it… kids that work there are nice and friendly but the food … the drinks… the atmosphere… 0 …. They gave us our money back .

Two banana splits took ~20 minutes to prepare at the drive thru. The splits themselves were mush: melted ice cream, rancid cherries, and old bananas! I decided to give this place a shot since Braum's is a bit farther and BB was conveniently down the road. I'm so sad ?
