This was my first time trying Carmen's Tex-Mex, as I was driving to work I googled best breakfast tacos and I was less than 2 minutes away. I pulled up the service was great and quick. The tacos were very filling. I will be going back.

FANTASTIC AND TIMELY SERVICE. Me and my friends had headed out to off campus lunch to test out this place. Food? Flavorful and well seasoned. Staff? Very sweet and polite. Service? Very quick and INSANE
I've eaten here several times now and I have to say: I have NEVER had a bad meal. The breakfast is phenomenal. Eggs, chorizo, packed into a burrito the size of a small child's forearm. Lunch, my goodness, usually I'm a "breakfast all day" kind of guy. The birria quesadillas had made me re think this stance; tremendous quality. It pays to order ahead, because it's made fresh, so it will take a few minutes, and if you do take out be warned: the aroma will have you pulling over to indulge before the next stop light. In summary, go and eat here, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
