Stopped by to pump gas and got curious about the food truck next door. Glad I decided to try it! Burrito de asada was so yummy. It was a good size and wrapped well. Made it the perfect lunch for my drive. Would come back in a heartbeat. Also their agua de limón tasted freshly made unlike most places nowadays.

Birria burrito was on POINT, ain’t going to lie, lemon water was good too. Going back some other time to try some more item on the menu. If you rollin thru buisness hwy 287, I suggest stopping here to grab some food. You won’t regret it.

At fist I was a bit sketchy about most food trucks but Carmen’s Tex Mex was delicious, not to mention there strawberry lemonade was on point too, I would post pictures but it’s all gone now, I will be back soon, maybe tomorrow..

This was my first time trying Carmen's Tex-Mex, as I was driving to work I googled best breakfast tacos and I was less than 2 minutes away. I pulled up the service was great and quick. The tacos were very filling. I will be going back.
