They told me they ran out of regular tenders and refused to cook more since it was 40 min before closing. Waste of gas money.

Since the store does not where name tags. Whoever the older lady that was working tonight. She needs to learn some manner and how to talk to customer. She shouldn't be rude and just throw you're food at you but she has a nasty attitude

Today was my first time eating there and my chicken was dry and the role was squished and when you serve yourself ice the ice machine doesn't stop it keeps going so there was ice everywhere even though it says push the button slow even if you push it slow it doesn't stop

Just went in today 7/25 and Candace was amazing! I had trouble with my payment and she absolutely went above and beyond. She got me fixed up fast and I was out the door. The food is perfect and fresh even as close to closing time as it was. We are new to the neighborhood and this will be a fav just because of this great experience. Keep up the great work Candace and crew!!

Ordered a 12 piece family meal on Saturday night 6 o'clock got nothing but little crappy piece of chicken .no legs for kids. called them she said they didn't ha ve any cooked at the time., Sat at 6 not that busy . But y'all can't prepare for Saturday ,second time this has happened won't be back . And she wanted me to drive 8 miles .so she could fix my order. should have done it right the first time. Someone knew what they were putting in the box

To whoom it may concern,I was there 3/6/2024 after not being to a chicken express in years on drive through. I asked to please give me a minute as i pulled up so I could review the menu and no answer but could hesr people . Then I ask if still have bone in wings"Mind you been years and I used to get bone in at the location on Sublett and Cooper in Arlington, a very rude voice comes through (KATTY) and says" WE HAVE NEVER HAD BONE IN WINGS " in a be- littleling way. I proceed to askfor a #1- 4 piece and she (KATTY) says original spicy or mild or mixed , again been a while I've been here I thought maybe thought I was ordering just regular chicken and is why she asked original spicy mild or mix. She responds very rude , ORIGINAL /SPICY/MILD/ MIXed, not explaining that is how you can get it. I instantly felt not welcomed for my buisness so i proceeded to the window to ask for her name. It is obvious to me she hates what she is doing or her JOB since buissness was none at window and at drive through or Dine In. I understand when busy and it's hectic but as I mentioned NO CUSTOMERS between (7:00 ‐7:30) were there. This should be o concern to owners/franchise and to customers . I went down the street to Popey's Chicken and spent $45.00 in food for my family and was a total diffrent experience . Thank you
