Chipotle Mexican Grill

The steak is chewy and fatty at times. At night the carne assada is not as fresh as it should be. Looks like it has been sitting therr for hours. Portion size is ok but you have to tell them you want more or else its not ok. The one in Arlington is much better.

Ask for extra meat and was charged 3 times as much as I normally would pay. Was told that the double serving that I usually received wasn’t the correct portion. What was described as a triple portion wasn’t even a double serving. The chips I received were extremely stale. They have to be under new management. I will not visit this location again.

I’ve tried coming to this chipotle multiple times because how close it is and each time has been a miss. This time on top of the already very chunky guac there was a pice of avocado skin in it. Would not come back to this location and puts me off chipotle in general.

Is this a Club , I came in on 12/3 around 1:30pm and food was good and have no complaints but the staff is so unprofessional. Cook is flirting with this young girl talking loud saying “ she won’t be my 2nd baby momma” 2 other employees laughing it up and noticed the cook chasing the girl to back of restaurant. Not my business but I’m eating my food and this is all I see.

I noticed 1 employee working hard , cleaning and straight feeling uncomfortable, she ignored the situation and kept working. I ended up blessing the petite girl for her hard work and told her to keep it up.

Where are the adults?

Other staff seemed to be thrown in the mix.
All you have to do is pull the camera recording and you will see All this.

I hope things change at this location.

Ps. Give the petite girl that was cleaning a raise. She deserves so much then this restaurant

Usually come here for the convenience of the drive thru. However, don’t recommend this location to anyone anymore. The food is not properly cooked, the rice is as hard as rocks due to being undercooked, could chip a tooth. Practically a waste of money due to food not being consumable.

Super undercooked rice. Almost chipped my tooth eating it. Suggest not to go to this Chipotle. The cooks obviously do not care for quality or reputation. Management needs to fix ASAP.

idk why this location has such a bad rating. I've been here several times & have never had a bad experience. When I order on the app, the food is always ready quickly & is hot & delicious. I get sofritas every time. Portions on the bowl are big enough to make it 2 meals for me.

If you're looking for a good place to grab lunch or dinner, the Sublett location in Kennedale is a great option. I always get fast service from a friendly staff.

Seems like every time I go into this location they either don’t have certain meats. They’re cold are they’re out of some item but yet the employees are standing around talking and laughing. Nobody working on the grill cooking an additional meat. The Sofrito‘s were ice cold the last time I went the chicken was hard and cold. I’m not quite understanding why y’all can’t keep fresh food in the containers to serve your customers Then try to tell me that I can’t get certain side items like the cheese and the sour cream because they’re saving those for to go orders. ??? Who’s the manager this location? You really need to step up your game this place is pathetic.

We absolutely love this Chipotle! The staff here is the best — they always remember us and our regular orders. The food is consistently fresh, and the whole team keeps things moving while still being friendly and fun. We visit several times a week (sometimes more 😅), and it’s always a great experience. There’s another location that’s technically closer to us, but this one wins every time for both the food and the service.

I’m a regular at this location and I absolutely love them there! Their food is always fresh and they’re always so warm and inviting when I come in and are always generous with the portions. If I could rate it a 100/10 I would!!

Really cool spot and a nice facility. They are generous with the servings, I legit laughed out loud when they put rice in the bowl, but he put some back at my request. In and out, food and chips were good.

The girl at the counter was not very friendly I asked for a half and half portion of protein after hearing this she went ahead and started to pick steak out of the bowl and place it back into the line which is disgusting and clear cross contamination and proceeded to skimp and give a sour attitude about the rest of the bowl I rlly want to support chipotle but over the years quality, service and positions have diminished greatly.
