Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Store had "be back in 30 minutes" sign on door. Was here to pick up an ubereats delivery. Worker was extremely rude when I explained the situation. What happended to honoring your hours? As a delivery person this is killing my time and money!

Terrible food

Just placed a mobile order pickup for 8 pm online, arrived at 7:48 and the door was locked and employee came out to tell me they closed at 8. So I didn’t get my dinner and now have to deal with trying to get my money refunded. Website should really be updated they close at 8

Not sure who to complain about more. Uber Eats or Dickey’s. I was allowed to order from this place just to get here and find it closed. Not very happy. Who’s at fault? Well I hold them both accountable. Dickey’s needs to change their hours and Uber Eats need to figure out why your’re pinging me that my order is ready for pick up when this damn place was closed. Luckily I called and was refunded and had to go next door and order chicken. Guess this is what we are headed- depending on technology.

Don't order from this place, food is nasty and they will give you the wrong order, and guess what, this "barbecue pit" didn't even send bbq, like are you kidding, waste of money this franchinse is the worst I have ever tried.

Sera and Chance aka Cortez where really helpful and patient with us since we didn’t know what we wanted at first.

Great customer service now with what feels like new owners. Had some issues in the past but it feels like everything is as it should be. Grate work guys.

Chance and Kairi were very friendly and welcoming. I came to order ribs and pork but ended ordering the brisket and a strawberry cake as well. Awesome experience.
