Disappointed in the management due to this was handled by management. Poor customer service. Placed an order only to receive a call 20 minutes later to be told they didn't have what they needed to complete our order. Didn't provide any options but to cancel our order.
I ordered through door dash. I don't normally eat here but I wanted BBQ so I went ahead and got the e meat plate. I live very close to the restraunt so it wasn't the driving distance. My food was bone cold and the portions were tiny for the amount I paid. On top of that there were huge chunks of fat in my sliced brisket! I'm not eating here again that's for sure!

The sign on door said 12, we arrived at 12:05 could hear the music before opening door. Music was to loud, had to yell my order and had to much profanity, not very family friendly. Would have loved to sit and eat my lunch in side but the music drove me away. The barbecue sauce station was not on so the barbecue sauce was cold. Love dickeys barbecue but would not recommend this one.
