1/07/2026 2:30 pm I came in and one of the employees was mopping, it smells like sewage water. I assume the mop was not properly cleaned before mopping. We didn’t stay to it here the smell was unbearable.

Whoever is working the window on New Year’s Eve white girl or whatever is very unprofessional and rude didn’t give me my full order & made me pay again they need to start giving receipts and not excuses of there lack of service and laziness… & slam the window while you’re talking…

EVERYTHING'S GOOD WHEN I REQUEST THAT THEY MAKE MY FOOD FRESH AND HOT AND I TELL THEM THAT I DON'T MIND WAITING THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD TO DO THAT FOR ME THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS MCDONALD'S IS WHEN YOU ORDER A LARGE FRY THE CONTAINER THAT THE FRIES COME IN IS ONLY HALFWAY FULL IF THAT IT'S LIKE YOU COULD POUR THAT INTO A MEDIUM CONTAINER AND IT WOULDN'T EVEN FILL THAT UP THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES NOW I MAKE SURE BEFORE I PULL AWAY FROM THE WINDOW THAT MY FRY CONTAINER IS FULL LIKE IT SHOULD BE LIKE IT'S ADVERTISED OTHER THAN THAT THE SERVICE IS GOOD I THINK THE PRICES HAVE WENT TOO HIGH FOR CERTAIN THINGS LIKE THE DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER AND THE MCCHICKEN... OTHER THAN THAT THEY ALWAYS GET MY FOOD TO ME FRESH AND HOT AS REQUESTED..

This location never remembers things you need, like straws. But my biggest complaint is that their fountain drinks are nasty. They always taste super off…clean your hoses!!

Staff just needs a revisit on customer service, a bit rude or maybe just lack of communication. Forgot sauce. Fillet was put together with way too munch tartar sauce and lady yelled hello at me. Been coming there for years. Good otherwise
