I have been to many Macdonald's and they are all good but this Macdonald is the worst one I have been to. They seriously don't care about the customers and they take too long. I don't know who the manager of this place is, but what I do know is that he is not doing a good job. Improve because from what I see there are not many customers.

Wheelchair accessibility: 2 separate entrances w/ big doors a navigable vestibule
Went through dt ordered double cheeseburger light mayo,light ketchup and a large sprite.. got burger and large fries .. told them it was suppose to be a sprite and they pulled me up gave me my sprite and say thank you I said you charged me for a large fries and they said yea but that's ok keep them and the sprite.. I said I didn't want to pay for fries so the refunded me and ask for fries back.. then I get home burger has extra mayo no ketchup.. young kids working trying to just get people out as quick as possible. Had they rang my order up so I could verify it or repeat it at first window we could of avoided this . Very disappointed with this location moved to area in July been there twice a d both times bad experience..and to top it off I'm eating my burger as is look down at the wrapper and there is a a ring of mustard... Wth!!!! Get your staff in order ... Ive a general manager for 25 years and this is unacceptable...

Check your bag before leaving, they can't tell the difference between bacon or steak for breakfast apparently

I waited 15 minutes for a large fry and got 3/4 large fry and it took me another 5 minutes to get ketchup packets I was asking for the second it was handed to me ??

Okay, had to update this review. I guess this McDonalds is a food manufacturing facility now. Was good some time back, but this is the third time I've gotten a dry burger kuke warm so I tried the crispy chicken sandwich hoping for the best. No luck there, requested another sandwich it turned out as burnt as the first one. Now I've wasted my lunch with no eatable food. I really don't do negative reviews unless there habe been three attempts to see if the bad service ir food was a 1 off. After the last three attempts..

Food was good. It's standard McDonald's. Wasn't cold or anything like that. Service was a little too slow in my opinion (I used to work fast food for 7 yrs, so I know). I went through the drive through so can't speak on interior atmosphere. However, I believe the parking lot and drive thru could use some cleaning/updating. Just wasn't as inviting as I hoped.
