Horrible!!! I ordered blackened chicken strips and waited 10 min only to drive home to open a box of fried chicken strips. Would've gone to a different location. The strips weren't even hot!
Looks like the drive through is the priority.

No enough employees! Ruining this establishment waited over 20 mins and no one took my order. Only one employee back there.

Food is good!! I have never been disappointed with the food. The service here sucks. The people have no sense of urgency. I was told that the chicken will take 15 min. I asked for a complimentary drink for waiting. He told me we don't do that. You just took $50 from me and I have to wait and i can't get a drink.

I cannot believe how quickly downhill this location has gone in just a few short months of being open. Counter service takes forever to acknowledge you, I always have missing dips in my drive thru order that I pay for…only to get eye rolls when I kindly ask for them again. Get your act together

The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Food was wrong ( I understand people make mistakes) That was not my problem. The problem is when you ask for a managers name. They WILL NOT give it. They tell you to go to a website to file a complaint. Well what if it wasn’t a complaint? What if it was going to be a compliment for fixing a mistake? I guess they already know and are very versed on how to respond when someone ask for a manager. I asked several times for the managers name. Not the number just the name. I was only told “ Her” when I asked when she would be working next so I could talk to “ Her” I was told I don’t know. I wasn’t looking for a refund or food remade. I was looking for the Manager who was above the poor teenagers they hire . Give them the title of manager and train them to not disclose the person who really Manages/ Owns the location. To Ms. “ Her” I can see why your location only has 2 stars. Shame on you.
Btw you can’t even file a complaint or compliment unless you have a receipt which I was not given.
A complaint will be made to the BBB. You obviously are not managing your location correctly.

Service was awesome, the employees are young hardworking, friendly and attentive.
I would gladly come back and recommend it to everyone.
Big box was a good deal, spicy is my favorite.
