I order from Sonic a decent amount so I know what my drink should taste like. It tasted super off so I asked them to re make it and I watched them just squeeze more lime into the drink and they handed it back without even mixing or remaking.

Could not get answer kept hanging up. From out of town tried to place order for pick up. Staying in local hotel. Employees dont identify themselves when you call in after 3pm. Tried several times. Very dissatisfied.Very dissatisfied. Understand rush from 2 to 5 for happy hour. New sonic was recommended from local family.

My crispy chicken sandwich was crispy Burnt loaded and swimming my in mayo .i waited 15min then l anted over the counter to as k to f they could take my order because the girl just walked away to the back did not take my order see me there standing but still never came back to the front to take my order .the place had 2peolpe in front of me didn’t make sense why she just walk d to the back without any courteously food is bad as is the service DQin Trinidad is a better choice any oth r place is 100%better than Sonic I guess and should of caught the hint from lady before me stated she waited and hour for her order order and came back for her drinks duh I will rate this place a zero not worthy of a 1 star

Drinks: the main reason to go to sonic for my family. Their ice/water is not filtered water. If it was filtered like most sonic locations; the drinks wouldn’t taste like pond water or dirt. Please change the filter or buy one for a better customer experience.

Customer service is poor. Left sitting at the box waiting to order for over 15 minutes, with no check in and when I simply said, “ hello, am I still supposed to be waiting” the employee answering made it evident they were annoyed by me by their response and tone.
I tried to apologize for upsetting them when coming face to face and explained I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t accidentally forgotten about. (It has happened and I was waiting quite a while to the point people behind me were leaving) The employee wouldn’t even let me explain that, she was very dismissive to the point of not even accepting payment because she was that determined to not listen to what I had to say. She just kept saying have a great day over and over while walking away…
I was genuinely trying to explain and express my empathy on the situation. Because I do understand getting busy and being caught up at work but her being that way with me is just poor communication and customer service.
