Droves 25 mi rd trp for supper. Ordered chkn&dmplns. First, they gave me tacos. Then they gave me a bowl and toast. I drove home, took lid off the bowl and it was less than half full. A few spoons full. And now everybody's closed.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite. He was excited because it was my first time eating DQ, but to be honest it wasn't the best. I got the spicy chicken strips basket which were good. The gravy that comes with it didn't have flavor and my fries were kind of warm. He got the jalitos ranch hunger-buster combo and to say he was disappointed is an understatement. I tried his burger and it had no flavor, and his fries were colder than mine. He only ate half the burger it was so bad. The soda/ice machine had no ice and there were sauce cups, but no ketchup dispenser. The girl brought us a few packets, but the dispenser wasn't out till after we finished eating. All in all we might try another DQ but we won't be coming to this one anymore. It's hard to get good customer service when kids are running the restaurant.

I was treated extremely poorly from the moment I walked in. The employees openly stared at me and deliberately ignored me. They refused to take my order and left me standing there while they slowly walked back and forth doing nothing but looking at me. I waited over 25 minutes, and I was the only customer in the place. The manager completely failed to intervene and did absolutely nothing. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never return or order from this place again.

This is my experience. If I order ahead on the app and it gives me a pickup/ready time and then I arrive to them saying I haven’t made it yet with only 2 people dinning in and already eating and no line for the drive through, than what on EARTH were you doing this whole time. 😑
And then to top it off, “the cherry on top” you make my order wrong and forget to give me my Fries. 😭
What a joke. 🤡

The manager treated me extremely badly and said that he simply did not want to serve me. Extremely bad service. I will never come back here again. I do not understand how they can have those people working in customer service. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I recommend that you do not go there. They have very bad service, honestly.

You know they call it fast food but sitting in a drive through with only 3 cars and waiting 20 minutes or longer is crazy. Tried it 3 times now to make sure it wasn’t just a 1 time thing. This is a poorly run chain.

Place looked like a plane had wreck stuff everywhere . Employees moved like cold syrup . Stood there 10 minutes before someone took my order then looked confused when I told them a hot fudge sundae . Tables were dirty and didn’t looked as if they had been cleaned all day . If the health department worked on Sundays they would be in trouble .
