Ok.... Let me straight to the point... My fries were terrible.... I noticed when I walked in that fries were stacked up waiting to go out... This tells me the crew was / is trying to get ahead of orders.. I get it.. but they have sacrificed the food quality.... And of all things the fries... It's what y'all are know for... And at theses prices not expectable.... I was in a hurry couldn't use the drive thru... So I walked in.... Didn't think that McDonald's would skip on fry quality.... Please fix it...

Made mistake buying me n crew breakfast there while fueling up before location. Ordered 4 steak egg and cheese biscuits....10 miles down road....they were just sausage egg cheese with onions. Went back to get corrected. Was told out of steak so they added sausage at no charge. Had to literally complain to 3 people before even got the manager for a refund.....it's on me I should've known better ordering mcdonalds.

I had to reorder my order 2 tyms and yet it was still wrong once I received it and again had to tell manager on duty my order in which time it was corrected because of language barrier of cashier not speaking English..look I have no problem there as myself I can speak some Spanish n I should not be forced to do speak it to place an order because an employee in fast food industry no hablamos English as it should be that if not understanding English to run cashier and for seeing problem it needs to both languages as I myself speak both and native anerican Indian of my people ..if I was in anotger country I would have to learn the language would I not ...as I am not being rasical by no means just this was very unprofessional service of any establishment as i will not be coming back for any future purchases from this franchise without properly trained employees to save a buck
