I have to give 1 star sadly wish i couldnt leave a single star! my boss order pizza for us tonight and sadly they didnt give us 1 of the ones we ordered the other pizzas were not cooked all the way when we called to mention the pizzas that were missing they put us on hold then would hang up we called up there 4 times with the same issue!!! Sad experience and service!!!

Disappointing. A simple order took over an hour to be processed, with no explanation for the delay. There was no clear communication about the delay at any point, much less an apology. For a brand the size of Pizza Hut, this type of service is far below expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and leaves much to be desired.

My wife ordered a pizza with hand tossed crust and instead they gave her thin crust, they charged her for Hand tossed crust, and she also got the cinnabon buns that were raw!

Apparently when you complain about how rude an employee is, their solution is to ban the person who made the complaint from the store… hmm sounds like retaliation!
Totally messed up my pizza order not happy about it, paid for stuffed crust, extra toppings, and marinara got none of it. Do better! 🫵🏻
