Pizza Hut-Kermit,TX: I went to pick my order up and was never greeted. My food was ready, and I asked, and it took a while for someone to finally hand me my order. The original person that was in there cutting the pizza talked to noone and greeted no one. Quite a few people in there. Finally, someone else showed up to cut pizza, and let's just say his choice of words in front of the kids sitting at a table was not so great. As he was completely upset, dropping pans and other items, using choice words, I have to say, the only one I noticed to have a calm demeanor was the cook. It also gave me a chance to look around to see how DIRTY the restaurant was. It was awful!
The times I've been inside the place is dirty with flys. And I've ordered online before and have waited up to and beyond 2 hours for the food to arrive.

Place is pretty gross . Guy taking orders seems to be on something . Kids making food dressed crazy (one is wearing a tank top ) this is crazy .. if it was a Italian pizzeria in NYC I would understand but there is no management here whatsoever. 100 for 2 pizza and wings CRAZY!!!!! There a sign saying 2 for Tuesday which today is so I can only imagine . And still get asked to leave a tip . They are not serving me at my table .... this place is nuts first and last time

Worst experience, not once, twice, but 3 times. The cashiers kids running around, throwing flip flops, going to the bathroom come out, not even washing hands. My order was custom, 5 toppings. Sauces were missing, when asked she tried to tell me that pizza sauce DOESN'T come if you order any other sauce, gave me ranch dipping for cinnamon sticks twice. Staff handling food without gloves, strangers walking in & out of kitchen. I'd call for health and safety for inspection. Their door dash guys don't speak English & will try to steal your money & ask for more tips. Will be rude & send you nasty texts.
