Food was alright but i was there for 40 min before I even got the food

I went to sonic to get two blue ocean coconut water and some mozzarella sticks I was in the drive through nobody would take my order I went to stall and waited and nobody took my order I finally pulled up to the window and they where just there standing one was sitting on her phone when they finally knowledge me sonic needs to do better

There's not much in this town, so we gave them another chance and again like always, order is incomplete and prepare wrong, we're always missing a product and the fries are cold I ask for chili cheese fries you can see in the picture they were cold, my burger i specified no sauce they put extra sauce, I'm missing fries as all my burgers were combos, you might think it's only fries but hey I'm been charged it was 60+ dollars

Although it was empty I was waiting to get assisted for about 30 minutes until I gave in and went to the drive though which was going pretty fast. Do not recommend.

My wife brought me 3 burgers from this place. For my work so that I can have lunch and I had to throw them out because they were made incorrectly and i called and told them that they were made incorrectly, and they wanted me to bring them back, and I told him I was already 20 minutes out from Kermit, to go to work. And they said they could make them the next day for me and that they were sorry about that. And to ask for them, manager Kelly.
And I went back the next day to get them remade, they told me that they couldn't help me and that the store manager had said no, that they could not remake them, and they could not help me in no way, because I had to bring them back the next day. And I explained that I couldn't because I was out. Of Kermit headed to work and yeah, they told me that I should be checking my burgers.
And I told her, I did check the receipt, and it said, no pickles. And they told me again, I should have checked my burger before I left. So I guess that's what they tell everybody before they leave from the drive there, to make sure that their burgers are made correctly. They were very unprofessional, and that was very interes, upset because I would lie to and robbed. I was the store manager told me. I would advise everyone to double check their food before driving out of there,Just like they told me

Been here three times and yet to get a answer from the stalls it’s pretty pathetic, save time and go to DQ across the street

Terrible customer service, also ordering stations do not work.
Waited 15 min in the drive thru to place my order with no one else there and final left by far the worst sonic I have been to.

I just got charged over 5 dlls for a large order of chili cheese tots and they weren't even given to me. It's not the first time this happens.

It says opens at 7 am but it NEVER is!! You ask for HOT FF but you ALWAYS get cold and hard FF.. the people are friendly but when you request HOT FF and they say absolutely... they never are! I should get what I ask for I mean I am paying for it!
