It says opens at 7 am but it NEVER is!! You ask for HOT FF but you ALWAYS get cold and hard FF.. the people are friendly but when you request HOT FF and they say absolutely... they never are! I should get what I ask for I mean I am paying for it!

Worst experience at any sonic ever. Waited over 45 min for my order that never came only to find out it went to the wrong vehicle and was told they were closing so they could not fulfill my order. Honestly wasting your time at this establishment if you expect even descent customer service. Wish I could give O stars!!!

If you are looking to waste your time and money feel free to stop by. Worst service at a Sonic ever. My husband waited 30 minutes for my food and it was ice cold. Will never stop by there again!

Sat at a pull in stall and waited for 10mins to order there were two cars in other stalls and 2 more in the drive through so not super busy. No one took my order, backed out and tried to go through the drive through and sat there for 7 mins with again no one taking my order. Pull back around and you can see almost ever single employee on there phones inside.
Worst experience ever. Sad really ! They repeat your order to you but you don't get everything they don't even charge you for your order that they just repeated to you. Then carhop doesn't give you your change . They think it's theirs automatically for tip. My reorder was $5 and she was walking off with my $15 change . Don't just assume the change is yours . Won't be back

Order my food at 739 pm and was there to pick up at 755 waited till 844 to get my food that was cold and bag around food was just torn to pieces and drinks where watered down

Arrived at 10:45 to order after a grueling day, your staff couldn’t hear me so I repeated myself multiple times and then they got mad and wouldn’t take my order. Just let me sit there for 15 min without saying anything. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This was the absolute WORST sonic franchise we have been to. There was hair in our milkshake the burgers were burnt the drinks wrong and the service horrible. We have been to this location a handful times on our travels and have had something wrong every time. The management was rude. We are still trying to get ahold of Kelly who is the GM and still haven’t been able to make my contact. Beware!!
