This was my first time at this location. The cuban woman with blonde hair has a bad attitude. She seems bothered to be working. I ordered a wrap but she didn't wrap it properly stated it doesn't go wrapped just folded in half. If she hates her job then why even show up and be miserable?

The workers there take for ever to take your order even though they seen me standing there and there toaster wasn’t working at all

If I could rate zero stars, I would. My husband went to get him dinner and when he went inside the young Hispanic lady was assisting some other Hispanic customers. After she took care of them, she went to the back and was gone over 10 minutes. Not once did she acknowledge my husband or anything. He left without ordering food.
Poor management and service too...
Went to get a subway, the Cuban lady with a pony blond tail said in a rude manner, this is not the 1st time that has happened.
Ask for a Subway, she look the wall and replied: that's for a wrap, yes I know that's why I ask for a subway, you can pick the veggies choose at the end.
She always have an attitude, white folks don't speak Spanish but she wants them to speak her language, you are in USA, learn English to communicate.
The staff will not speak English for starters. The staff give you just barely enough veggies and give you weird looks because you ask for anything smh
Ordered toasted outlaw on Italian herb n cheese . They made it on white bread instead . Not toasted but I ordered it toasted !
Ordered two sandwiches on the app both were supposed to be toasted. They didn’t toast them call and the lady was rude unprofessional has a terrible attitude, all she was worried about saying was “o I’ve been here five years.” well ok then the sandwiches you make shouldn’t be wrong follow directions of an order and you wouldn’t have angry customers.

The lady Brenda is very rude did not wash her hands. Said we could not use coupons, and moly takes cash. then she said we could but only one meat sandwiches. Which I argued with then she proceeded to let us get the sandwiches of choice. Once it was ready to pay she said the cupon would not work. It was the deal for 3 foot longs. I went with 2 people. The cupón did go through and I asked her if she could wrap my sandwiches separately then told me she was going to have to charge me 6 inches. So I got it all in one paper including the dirty one they use in the oven. I paid and left. Once my friend comes to the car. She still charged him for his. When I was paying she said only cash. So when he came back out to the car that he said he paid again.. I went back in to ask for my receipt she said she can’t reprint. I believe she is manipulating the box to keep cash payments for herself. Hopefully management reviews their cameras. And sees this post.

I accepted taking a sandwich with things I didn't want on it because they (very nice, btw) ladies working didn't understand English... Several customers before us had the same issues and got mad. Not my style so ill take off the things I don't want, but (tho I feel bad) the ladies aren't able to do the job for reasons beyond the control of the customers (communication issues) are not pur fault.

I order through the app because 99% of the time you get someone who don't speak English, today we go to pick up our order and 2 out of the 4 sandwiches they can't make. And they refuse to cancel the order or refund for the 2 they can't do, kids wanted cookies...... nope didn't have the right ones of those either. Why are they still open? Or why has management not stepped in to fix this clusterfuck?
