Employees were disgusting.Flies were everywhere We ordered 1 2 scoop Sunday, had to ask twice for the hot fudge and the girl opened it and scooped it put on with her gloved finger when asked if it was hot she said yes, but there was no way. The other female was so gross and she was writing on cups on the customer side of the counter, holding the bottom of the cup with her 400 lb belly as a stabilizer to write on the cups. Her elbows were black. I pray no one gets sick. Won't be back 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

Our family loves Baskin-Robbins ice cream and treats so much we decided to have a special ice cream cake made for a birthday party. We ordered it 3 days ahead and when we went to pick it up.....it hadnt even been started. Very disappointed and so was the birthday boy who chose the specific cake. We were given a choice of a couple of small cakes in the freezer and 2 pints of ice cream for their error.
We will continue going but will get our cakes elsewhere. It wasn't the fault of the workers there, they are always short-handed and do their best. The person who makes the cakes wouldn't even respond to the store workers calls.

Went by and got an icing on the cake milkshake and it had nut all in it no where did it say it had nuts (im allergic to nuts)

Not sure what's happened to this place but it's terrible no customer service skills at all wont greet you no have a nice day a bunch of non personality kids always came in no ice cream available had to but pints on they said inspection tommarrow were cleaning okay if u ask me if u stay on top of it than it shouldn't shut u down like that I watched 3 people walk out cause noone was asking can I help u terrible place

The bad reviews seem like a hate campaign against this business. I went in 10 minutes to closing and was still able to get a cup no problem, despite the 2 guys working being busy trying to clean and close up. All the flavors of ice cream were in the case.

They even took the time to help a young girl who didn't speak English well and was ordering mainly by pointing.

I can't speak of the cake issues, but the ice cream was good and the employees were helpful despite it being closing time.

I ordered an oreos cookies and cream ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. I ordered it with white cake. They made it with chocolate cake. My daughter doesn't like chocolate cake. I also ordered candles and did not get those. Hire competent employees that know how to read and follow directions. Thank you for ruining my daughter's birthday.

Absolutely horrible service!! Zero stars and truly irritated!! Left me sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes. Got an attitude when I said something. Wouldn’t tell me flavors because they have a limit on drive thru time but left me sitting 20 minutes with no other cars!! Then when I back up to window she’s taking orders inside. Told me she didn’t care if I called her manager. Just plain rude!!!

They were out of most of the ice cream which would be fine if they communicated it in a kind manner but one of the two workers seemed very irritated and tired. I feel for them, I imagine it’s been a long day (it was 8:00), but being kind makes a huge difference. I felt like a burden while ordering due to their communication and facial expressions. Maybe they were understaffed, I’m not sure. I hope this was a bad moment rather than representative of the typical experience. The pricing wasn’t bad.

Ordered a cake online well in advance for my son’s birthday. Went in on my designated day and time to pick it up. The gentleman working both the window and the register seemed to be having a rough time keeping up with the traffic. When I told the poor overwhelmed guy I was there to pick up a cake using my name, he brought me back someone else’s cake. He quickly rushed back to look for the real cake before giving up and going back to working on the window orders. After about another five minutes or so he came to tell me that my cake could not be located before sending his manager out. The manager proceeded to go out of her way to do everything in her power to make up for the mishap of the missing cake. She drove to Tyler, picked up a different cake, threw in a few other things that absolutely made my son’s birthday extra special, and even delivered everything all the way to our house in Henderson.I was very appreciative of her doing everything she did while also slightly disappointed about waiting almost half an hour for a cake that had disappeared.Son loves his cake and wanted to say thank you to the young lady who brought it to him!

It is 6:25 p.m. and they have no waffle cones. Do they make them onsite...??? Yes...yes they do. But ...they are not making them. They are open until 11:00 p.m. I would understand if they were about to close...but they are not.

On google it says the store is closed. But we were craving Ice cream. Our local store has closed so I planned to purchase a quart. First thing, no employees were around for 10 minutes. Two slowly walked in with their own food eating. I made my oder later but the girl could not find any containers for my order. The were out of most donuts as well. My hubby and daughter ordered coffee. One Iced Americano the other the Red velvet something. O.mg.... the coffee was Horrible. Like has anyone been trained? One worker sat down on his phone the whole time as well. I rather drive to Tyler. Terrible!!!! Please train your people and for pete sake full up you stock it was barely 10:45.
