Me and my mom loved the food! I got the Breakfast plate and all the food was great, except the fries which were a tad bit sweet for me, but that’s a personal preference. My personal favorite was the biscuit. It was the perfect amount of fluff and taste and buttery-ness. Definitely gonna plan on coming back.
Make the stop. It is literally 5 min off 20. Staff greeted us fast and offered several options to start off. They accommodated our drink order that wasn't "customary" with ease. The food..... yall, the picture doesn't give enough credit to the taste. We went with strawberry cream cheese bagel. I'm gonna tell you right now, it was amazing. Fresh fruit and full of flavor. Make the stop ✋️ ?
This place is why I call Kilgore a second hometown. The food, the service, the atmosphere are all superb. Set right on the heart of historic downtown Kilgore, this place is an institution. It's a great place to grab a bite when you done touring the World's Richest Acre, or just enjoying a stroll past the historic theaters.
