Life is good 😊!! I got two orders of cherry strudel today. If you aren’t coming here for dinner then you should strongly consider recalculating . Everything is absolutely delicious and the owners are incredibly warm and genuine.

My sons and I drove 6 hours from SW Oklahoma to eat at this restaurant. It was well worth the drive. The food was authentic. The owners were great. I got to practice a little bit of Hungarian, as far as I know. Would make the trip again.

The food was great. We had 2 orders stuffed cabbage rolls, 1 order of 2 meatballs & 1 order of chicken schnitzel. Everything was on creamy mashed potatoes. All the food was great. I really wanted the sausage, but, they weren't making them this time. You never quite know what will be on the menu. But, the food is always worth the wait and drive. Oh, yeh, no more plastic ware and no more paper plates! That was awesome! You were able to eat ALL the food on your plate and use the homemade bread to soak up all the delicious sauce on your plate! Go have dinner. You'll enjoy your food...DELICIOUS! It does take a while to get your food. The food is NOT PREMADE. it's cooked to the order. But, the food is worth the wait.

Best traditional Hungarian food I have had since I lived in Hungary. It is a must visit once a month. Worth the drive. Prices were very reasonable and the owners are very hospitable.

We have been going to Brigitta's for YEARS! We are always greeted like family friends & the owners are truly so very kind! Their food is like a warm hug from the ancestors. You can taste the authenticity in their flavors as well as the owner's personalities. This little touch of Hungarian culture in East Texas is truly a gem. I haven't had anything there that I didnt like! My favorites are the Chicken Paprikash and the Stuffed Cabbage rolls! This is the home cooking you are looking for!
