Recently the workers at this place has gone down hill. I normally consider this the best Burger King around for their great customer service and timely service getting the food out. But today I sat in line 20 mins after making my order with no cars moving. The worker that took my order was yelling in the speaker at another working about getting back in the kitchen then continued to ask me what I wanted stopped in the middle of taking my order to yell again at the person in the kitchen then didn’t even repeat my order to know if it was taken correctly. After that I sat in line for 20 mins without it moving and finally after waiting that long not even knowing they took my order correctly I decided to leave. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Burger King and I will be thinking twice before coming back.

I don’t normally write 1 star reviews, but this was just pitiful. I hate exposing people this way, but I definitely don’t recommend stopping by this place. The food is okay, but the service is sad and the workers let our food sit on the counter for ten minutes before we finally got it. And when we got it the onion rings were cold and old. The workers in the kitchen got on their phones with their gloves on! The same gloves they have on when they’re messing with your food! The restrooms are gross and the atmosphere is disgusting.
This is the nastiest restaurant I have ever seen. The manager there is rude and does not know how to speak to her workers. She wants u to work like a dog for pennies on a dollar she is very non caring and could care a less that someone I'd struggling and just trying to make it as long as she can ride around In her blinged out new truck that's all she cares about. I would not eat in that store, nor would I work for them.

To begin, I waited for them to take my order for over 5 minutes. Then, the cook kept wiping his gloves on his pant legs and continued to touch the food. I waited by the first window for 10 minutes before I pulled up to the second window. No one helped me for over 7 minutes. Then when someone finally helped me she gave me my food and rolled her eyes.

I ordered the BK wrap and let's just say it's not worth the 3 dollars I spent it should be on the dollar menu it is really small and it only takes two bites and it's gone just like that will not be buying this again plus it wasn't that good the photo is not the actual size it's a lot smaller the chicken was a turn-off my taste buds said ok no

Took over twenty minutes to get my order with only two customers in there....two more came in after me and ordered and got their order and I still did not get mine....when there finally brought it out they said we made it fresh for you....no I heard you say y'all have it to wrong person...not even a sorry it took so

We went through the drive thru for our order. At the pay window, the employee asked us to wait 2 minutes before pulling forward. So, naturally, when the car in front of us pulled off, we pulled forward, in only about 1 minute. 2 employees looked right at us, then went back to talking. We noticed a bag of food sitting on the counter. We saw the employees see us see them see the bag of food, and they both walked off. After 5 more minutes of watching the bag of food, another employee walked over, grabbed the bag We had been watching, opened the window, and handed us the bag. The food was cold, but it was the food we ordered.
