Was dissatisfied with the service therefore I was dissatisfied with the taste of the product.. poor service when Charlie is not present
Dietary restrictions: My order was dumped from a medium cup into the large cup that I was ordering resulting in a large chunk of ice in the middle of the snow cone I did not enjoy it at all and it was too much syrup this is the first time this has ever happened

They are the best I love that they have a variety of flavors plus you can be creative if you want the ice is shaved well I just eat the ice and guess what they're open all year long that's Winter Spring Summer

These snowballs are Imbued with magic or something. Every time I get 1 of these I find some money randomly. Swear to God, the 1st time I had 1 I found $30, the 2nd I found $370! Going to get 3rd ASAP!

I went here in 1999. Charlie's Tanning took care of me and one of my best girlfriends. We we're one of his first customers when our husband's left us. He made us feel special and I will never forget the kindness and the way I felt like a real person. I just moved back to kilgore in 2019. And can't wait to start again
The staff was so pleasant! The snow cones were stacked and so good! Very inexspensive and quaint!
