Stopped at a location in Floydada , TX. We had just done 11 hour drive out of 12 hours. It was 9:40pm. Google said location closed at 10. We parked and walked to door, rude employee locked door right in front of us. We headed back to the car, employee came to door at completion of our walk saying “it was a joke”. We did not give our business there. I have worked in restaurant industries and it doesn’t matter if you are closing up, got your food put up, mopped floors etc., you serve customers until the time you say you are closed (the restaurants I worked at even did after that). There was also still people eating inside when they locked the doors.
Absolutely worst customer service ever, teenage employees need to learn what customer service is.

Excellent DQ location. Locally owned 40+ years. We stopped in on a Sunday passing through and the owner was there working. Lots of goodies to see at this location. Many local families eating here today. Clean bathrooms and floors. Very polite and professional staff. Charming diner-style eclectic decor.

We like our local Dairy Queen occasionally. But the building is old and not as nice as most we've seen. And I still think the price is very tad high for what they are. Still we pop in there once in awhile to get a blizzard.
Instead of fudge, I requested strawberry with a drizzle of caramel ! Delicious :)
