We like our local Dairy Queen occasionally. But the building is old and not as nice as most we've seen. And I still think the price is very tad high for what they are. Still we pop in there once in awhile to get a blizzard.
I get excited every time I can come here because I grew up my grandparents bringing me here as a kid. So when I am 20 East I stop. This trip was great but once I got my food. I saw the ketchup bottle where you pick up to go order. So I said I will use it to put ketchup on my onion rings (which I do not eat like this but this was a happy cheat day) I go in bag for onion rings and the paper they have them in is not fully closed so they all fall on counter. Lady gets them and throws...
First let me start off by saying that the staff is really friendly and very professional. This review is not a reflection on the employees that work there. I am overall satisfied with my experience with dairy Queen, however I just have a couple of concerns that I think needs to be addressed. First, it seems to be a growing trend to not include napkins when you go through the drive-thru. This is the second time that I've been to dairy Queen where I haven't received napkins...
