I asked for number four just the bacon and cheese burger after getting home to find out no cheese was on it.😡 I will not be returning anymore sad part is I just pulled up 30 mins earlier for same thing and got same results I’m done.

I ordered a banana split and all it was was vanilla ice-cream with some chunks of coconut and chocolate syrup with a banana. That is not a banana split. Definitely will be going to the mom and spot place for now on.

I ordered a blizzard and got a sprinkle.. Not only did they have ice cream leaking all over the sides, but I paid for extra toppings to be added to the bottom of the blizzard. Didn't have anything in the bottom. With this type of service I see why so many DQ's are closing.

They get orders wrong half the time, but I guess that’s okay when you’re at a DQ that only serves half the menu. They’re not out of stock of anything they just choose to not carry most food/drink items (as I was told by the counter girl).

food is average, love the ice cream and blizards but this location is slower than normal and if you do drive through, they just have you pull up to the waiting area to artificially improve their numbers, but all fast food does this.
Every time we come here something is wrong. Mainly the fries are old and nasty or the bread is as hard as a brick. Only thing decent is the ice cream.

Every single time we have come here there has been an issue. They don’t have the latest advertised deals ever, they get our order wrong every single time in one way or another. They mishear everything it seems like. Tonight was the last straw. Not once have I gotten a correct order here. Ever. To make it worse the food is really not that great. Worst DQ in Texas.

My daughter called 2 days in a roll to check on her application and they kept giving her the run around telling her different times when to call and talk to the hiring manager. The second day she called She told the girl that answered the phone that she was calling to check on her application and the girl gave the phone to the hiring manager and then she told her the same thing and then the manager just hung up on her! So I called back to ask why she hung up on my daughter and they just laughed I could hear both of them laughing this place is a joke!!!
