We spent $86 last night at the Denny's in Kilgore the food was awful we got it to go my daughter brought it home she got two chicken fried steaks but they look like they were mushy Frozen and she and my grandson got mashed potatoes and broccoli the only thing good at that was the broccoli I got mashed potatoes and corn and t-bone steak the steak was awful no seasoning not at zilch the only thing they put in the bag was silverware and she had to ask for that we will get anything to eat there again for a very long time. Tried calling them but no one answers the phone so I'm posting on here please avoid Denny's in Kilgore maybe until they get their stuff together yes it was Christmas night that was the only thing open so for now on when this happens we'll make a sandwich at home

My family waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for food, and when we finally decided to leave, the food was still not ready. When we informed the manager she told us the food was almost ready, but one of our orders had been sitting there for 30 minutes. That same day other people walked out for that same reason.

My husband and I visited the other day and were greeted immediately upon walking in. We were seated promptly, and our server, Keylee, came right over to take our drink order. We asked her for recommendations, and both of us ordered what she suggested. Everything was excellent and arrived just as it should. From the moment we arrived until we left, the timing was perfect—there was no long wait for anything.
