There was barely bacon on my avocado toast with bacon. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why would you pay for bacon just to get crumbs of burnt bacon on top of your food.

I went inside and ordered a wake-up Wrap with turkey sausage, and I asked for egg white bites. The cashier corrected me and informed me that they were called omelet bites. I get my order and I am presented with the bacon and cheddar omelet bites. I asked if they could exchange it for the egg white and veggie omelet bites, they replied by saying the bacon and cheddar were the only ones they had. I asked for a refund because I should have been informed that they didn’t have what I wanted. The cashier went to get the manager who never appeared in front of me. I was completely ignored. Never got my refund or an exchange for what I actually wanted. I learned later on with a google search that the eggs white and veggie omelet bites were discontinued in February. I am not a frequent Dunkin visitor so I was unaware and I feel like they should have informed me instead of giving me whatever they wanted. And before you say that I should have read the menu, even the bacon cheddar omelette bites were not displayed on the lobby menu.

Wish there was negative stars as a rating option. I would like to shout out to the employees and managers at Dunkin Donuts for having the most disgusting awful attitude with my family - our wake up wrap had a huge hair in it when I opened it - the hateful employees were so bothered by the fact they even had to do their job at all - and then the managers refused to make it right. I will never be returning, I’d rather pay extra to drive further and not be treated with disrespect, oh and also to not have to eat hair. Your employees shouldn’t roll their eyes and slam their hand over having to make something right that they did wrong - you guys have some real issues to address.

The problem here is the employees, i'm from the north and dunkin' donuts are all amazing. The problem here is the methy like staff. Giving the only dunkin' donuts in the region, a bad rap, which is shameful.

The absolute worst customer service. I will never stop there again. I was the only customer in the store when I walked in yet 4 customers behind me and 3 drive through customers got their food and left before I got my order.

The servers saw us but never acknowledged us or were friendly. We waited for a few mins only to be disappointed in the service. Could have said, “Hey, give us a couple of mins and we’d be glad to serve you.” Plus, giving people dirty looks gave us bad vibes. Hire someone else with a happier attitude or just shut down the business and let something else take over the business!
