The servers saw us but never acknowledged us or were friendly. We waited for a few mins only to be disappointed in the service. Could have said, “Hey, give us a couple of mins and we’d be glad to serve you.” Plus, giving people dirty looks gave us bad vibes. Hire someone else with a happier attitude or just shut down the business and let something else take over the business!

First, in general, the quality that was once DD just isn't there anymore with coffee or donuts. Second, this location is the worst I've dealt with which is saying a lot. Not only have they messed up every order I've placed here, they don't even seem to know their own menu when i ask questions on coffee choices. This would put them in par with the few substandard locations I've seen, BUT it's the 'I don't give a crap, don't want to be here and don't want to deal with you so hurry up and leave" attitude I've received here that makes this location an "absolutely must avoid" one. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Memi Ds if you're just getting coffee, I've never seen a larger select of sugar free flavors and they have real cream, oh and they were actuality nice unlike this DD. I'd rather drink the Wendy's coffee next door.

We ordered a dozen donuts, a small hot coco latte and a large iced green tea at 11:22 this morning. At 11:45 after asking us three times what our drinks were again, serving others their drinks before us... we were handed a partially filled large BLACK tea and an ICED coffee. 20 minutes for two drinks and they were wrong - and we told them a total of 4 times what they were. We left and went to 7 Brew. The lady working wasn't using gloves like the gentlemen were, and her hair was everywhere just willy nilly not pulled back or covered while making food that was going out through the drive thru. The gentlemen working the drive thru moved at a snail's pace and couldn't do more than one single task at a time. We definitely enjoy the donuts, but I think we will go elsewhere from now on.

We live very close to this donut shop and would have loved to support it. They consistently don’t have ice cream, donuts are terrible, restaurant is filthy, and the cashier had such terrible body odor that I could smell it across the counter. I don’t know how it stays open.
We tried to drive thru but they had so little ice cream to choose from they couldn’t make a chocolate shake. We decided to go inside and make choices from there. GROSS

Thanks to the staff for their patience with my English 😅 My experience with the chocolate almond ice cream cone was great, and the donuts were very delicious. Pleasant experience. Clean and tidy place, pleasant atmosphere. I would visit it again.
Asked for a blueberry muffin and got chocolate chip. Like I don’t understand, it’s not that hard..

This Dunkin location is the best. The guys at the counter are so friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. I had the Chicken and Pepper hot pocket and it was so good, I wanted to make a u-turn and grab another. I was in food heaven.
