I've stopped in for a BIG Taco almost every time I drive that way. I noticed that now, they have a food truck. I'll have to watch for the location for more goodness more often! My first time eating at Edgar's was probably 15 years ago. The green sauce is dynamite. If you don't like HOT, you might want to get sauce on the side. Well I think there's several times I do like their food they have really got some excellent food I haven't ordered anything that was bad I love their tacos and you can order it several different ways different meats different veggies however you like it of course you might have to pay a little extra but if you want it the way you want it then you pay that little extra anyway as a great place to go it's a small place so there is parking but there's no place...
