Ordered 2 pies last night that took just over two hours to arrive. According to the app, they were quality checked for about an hour and a half and showed up cold and dry. I already had frozen pizza in the dang freezer so to pay $33 for pizza that had to be reheated in the microwave kinda defeats the purpose of ordering it from Dominos. I suggested that maybe they should be a little quicker on the QC so the pizza would arrive at their customer’s home while it’s still hot. They offered a coupon for 20% off our next order... really, you think there will be a next time?

I like to order Dominos on occasion, but whatever idiot I just talked to refused to make my pepperoni a little crispy. this has NEVER been a problem before, please educate this man on how to run a pan of a few pepperoni slices thru the oven, putting them on my pizza, & then running the whole pizza thru. it's really not that difficult....

No wonder this place is sinking they can’t get an order right and now they wanna charge me as CHESSE for an extra topping?!?!get the 🖕🏻 out of here with that I will NEVER eat dominos again and I will make it my life’s mission to make it known that there costumer service hung up on me mid sentence
