They no longer offer onion soup. I ordered onion soup and was not told this. I went to pick up my order and was given wonton soup instead. The cashier acted as though there was a language barrier when I called to let her know. I went inside as well to see what could be done and her and another gentleman just laughed and said the wonton soup is good. Also he let me know that onion soup is not on the menu and that the restaurant was a Chinese restaurant not a Japanese restaurant. I explained to him how it would've been nice to have been told that they no longer carry onion soup. I wouldn't of placed an order. The laughing and total dismissal of my issue was just sad. I just took the wonton soup and told them I would leave a review. They just laughed and started helping someone else. The food isn't even that good to carry on the way they did.

Seemed like a clean place with decent and what seemed to be a fresh rotation of food but my 7 year old daughter got sick from the food. Poor Baby vomited within two hours of eating there and then went to bed sick only to wake up vomiting multiple times throughout the night. She couldn't eat for almost two days after eating there. Not a good experience.

Not one food tasted as it should. Very blend. Bathroom and restaurant is clean. Buffet menu is limited as is the room between the food isles.

We had Scallop entree, Shrimp entree and Chicken entree. Soup and Vegetables were ok but every thing else was the worst I’ve ever had!

I’ve been here 3 different times & tried 3 separate dishes to make a fair assessment. The portion and flavor to me isn’t worth the price. The service isn’t bad, but I think it’s overpriced for the quality of the food. The chicken wasn’t meaty but very breaded, the fried rice was bland, and I didn’t think the vegetable paired very well with just pineapple. Last time, I got charged $5 for a regular salad, it was in a tiny bowl and barely 3 bites.
I’m not hating at all, Kilgore really needs a good sushi/asian restaurant, but I do hope this feedback is considered and improvements are made, as I unfortunately will not be back.

We've been here 5+ and it's always been great! The service is good and we've had sushi, hibachi, noodle and Chinese dishes and it's all tasty. The crab rangoons and takoyaki are our favorite appetizers.
