I was the literal only car in the drive thru and nobody even attempted to take my order. I was driving away and noticed both guys with the headsets on were too busy talking to manage a single car in the drive thru.
All I wanted was an overpriced hot chocolate. But guess not. Hope y’all had a very interesting conversation for what it was since you both couldn’t be bothered to answer the headset (which I know most drive thru headsets beep if a car is at the drive thru box ready to order). And it was at 10:45 pm on Sunday night. I won’t be back 🤷♀️👍👌

If I could give zero stars I would, I have sat in the dr8ve thru line for 45+mins just to pick up a mobile order for my daughter while she's at work and cannot leave! She put her order in 30 minutes before I got here too..

Waited 30 minutes for a double quarter pounder meal and a McDouble meal. Waited in line another 10 minutes to get a refund. If there’s not enough staff to service customers close the lobby. It’s obvious the employees are more worried about keeping their drive the time down.

Absolutely disgusting didn't order anything extra along with old soggy lettuce old soggy tomato half the order missing and a very rude disrespectful staff we all work hard for our money not to be taken advantage of disrespected and to be humiliated by staff members Absolutely horrified also I'm lactose allergic
